We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Tara. We began working with Tara about a year out from our wedding, and went with her full service planner/coordinator package. She was an inspiring, grounding presence for us during all of the exciting and stressful moments that come with planning a large, long distance wedding. Tara offered monthly check-lists and check-ins, budget review ongoing, ongoing communication and partnership in the visioning process, management of payments and communication with all vendors and venues, as well as being a constant sounding board for us and our families. On the wedding day, Tara was organized and comforting - always there when you needed her as well as orchestrating everything being the scenes! Timing was perfect and there were no hiccups! Tara Blackwell was a phenomenal wedding planner for our Spring 2023 wedding at Laguna Gloria in Austin. She had previously done Laguna for two weddings before ours, and was so helpful in helping us with the layout and timeline that worked best for this venue.
